Sperling's Bestplaces.net recently released a ranking of the top 100 metro areas as related to stress.  Northeast Ohio it seems is average.  Perfectly average.  Cleveland ranked 50th, with Youngstown coming in at 51.  Minneapolis, a city I know intimately is ranked in the top 5 least stressful cities.  The full report can be found here.
